The paper quality is fantastic—smooth enough for my fountain pen without any bleed-through. I've already filled half the pages with bird sketches and field notes, and it's holding up beautifully in my back pocket.
The cover design is gorgeous in person—the bird illustrations have that vintage Field Notes feel I was hoping for. It tucks perfectly into my shirt pocket and the binding lays flat when I jot notes on the go.
The paper takes ink really well, no bleed-through even with my fountain pen, which is rare for notebooks this size. I’ve been using it for quick birding notes and the vintage-style layout makes me want to write more.
