National Parks Water Transfer Decal

Stick with Our National Parks Along with the release of Series E of our National Parks Edition , we’ve introduced a new water-transfer decal based on the the familiar signage found in America’s national parks and forests. Water-transfer decals are an icon of American tourism. Throughout the 20th century, these colorful decals adorned luggage, station-wagon windows, and trailer bumpers, featuring America’s favorite destinations and attractions. Eventually, cheaper vinyl bumper stickers largely took over the market, but you can still find the occasional water-transfer decal at truck stops and gift shops nationwide. Our 4" National Park transfer is made by Art Decal Enterprises in Pasadena, Calif., carrying the torch of the legendary Art Decal Corp. who made transfers for over 75 years. It’s printed in white, brown, and green on a clear backing and can be applied to pretty much any smooth surface. You can even apply it to the inside of glass, facing out, to protect it from the elements (and your windshield wiper). If you’ve ever built a plastic model kit, you know how it works, but detailed application instructions are printed on the back.
